Oufimil provides sports analytics, signal data, and picks information for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Service includes two subscription tiers: Signals ($29/month) and Pro ($99/month).

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All content provided by Oufimil, including picks, signals, analytics, and commentary, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to wager money on any sporting event.

Past performance of any signals or picks does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss. Only bet amounts you can afford to lose entirely.

4. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account, subscription access, or Telegram channel invite link with others. Sharing access may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Prohibited Use

• Redistribution or resale of picks or signals
• Automated scraping or harvesting of data
• Use in jurisdictions where sports betting is illegal
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7. Limitation of Liability

Oufimil and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or losses of any kind arising from your use of the Service or any betting decisions made based on information provided. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
